I do my best to package this product safely, but unfortunately I cannot control how the shipping companies handle them. Sometimes the corners get dinged, or other damage occurs.

Unfortunately, due to the high cost of manufacturing and shipping, I cannot offer full refunds, returns or exchanges on this item, unless the record itself is nonfunctional. However, I can offer a $10 CAD partial refund in the case of minor damage (corners etc.). Please contact me if this is the case. If there is more substantial damage, please email me and attach a photo, and we can discuss the best solution.

This is a small operation out of my own home, and if I could I would personally deliver the LP directly to your doorstep. Thank you for your understanding and support!
